Not content with just going bankrupt Iceland is now covering Europe with volcanic ash! Bloody hell!
In the meantime, I want Singapore Airlines to tell me what I need to do next with my flight approaching... how do I rebook and stuff or will you do that automatically when flights resume? Please explain!

Someone I know apparently spent 2 hours on the phone with BA to speak to them for 2 minutes. He was not impressed.
have you tried calling them? SQ that is.
@Suboo: I spent 50mins waiting on the queue and got my flight sorted in bout 10.
Iceland didn't like being the butt of everyone's jokes so they're just getting their revenge.
It's only fair.
